Terrible article. It encourages people to just pull of the ear pads - which may permanently damage the headphones - without checking if velour substitutes are even available for the particular model. Furthermore, it fails to warn that velour pads can cause a drop in bass levels.

This is NOT a solution because I have ALL my files in a single folder 'MY STUFF' on my Desktop! I need to be able to edit, read, delete, add... etc. to individual folders and files within this! There should be a way that I could NEVER accidentally throw it away!!!! I can't be the only person going through this! Good God! Why the hell can't Microsoft come up with a SIMPLE 3 click fix for locking a folder from being deleted?!!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! All you would have to do is create a lock in Properties-Delete that you could check/uncheck then you wouldn't be able to delete that particular folder or file and a pop up would tell you it's locked you have to go to Properties and unlock it! That way you wouldn't accidentally throw that folder away!!!!

This is VERY lame and should be outlawed. I paid almost $800 for my galaxy note 2 which was a flagship model for Samsung, but Verizon only updated it to KitKat 4.4.2 and locked the bootloader do no other OS can be put on it. This is MY phone, my piece of hardware, I want to update my android version and can't. There should be a lawsuit against Verizon for this. The apps that are compatible with my phone are dwindling.

I've uninstalled Onedrive and anything I could find to do with it because it kept taking over my pictures I didn't want uploaded. The file path to reinstall it is not working for me. I'm hoping to find a way to upload only what I want uploaded on there this time. I've reinstalled it via the windows store, but the app does not recognize the files that I save in the onedrive folder that didn't exist until I downloaded it. It's odd. Any ideas?

Not really a comparison. A nice array of the features I might be looking
for would have been helpful especially if you spent 160 hours with the
ten services you should have had some in depth information.
Can I
POP? (Recently Gmail has been difficult to POP using Thunderbird, and I
do not need or want IMAP though Gmail isn't IMAP'ing to Thunderbird
reliably any more either.) How many email CC's and BCC's are allowed at a
time? How many can you send per day? Week? Month? Do any provide for
email forwarding? What is the max inbound file size as an attachment?
Outbound? Where are they physically located? Who owns them? How secure
is personal information on a scale of 1-10? Remember Facebook, Amazon,
Google, PayPal, Chase, Citi, Sears, Target and almost everyone has had a
security breach in the last three years.

Off to continue to look for a good email account that isn't tied to my ISP...

I think this article could benefit from a date. As would all article's on the internet. I want it clear i didn't read a single word after looking all over the page for the date. I, along with most mildly intelligent tech hobbyists, naturally avoid an article about the best methods or software to do anything if the date isn't posted clearly as this advice could very well be from before a plethora of new options became available that are much more reasonable. The only purpose this article serves after is is outdated is to misinform the public by leaving out the most important detail of any subjective piece of journalism and leaving the user to extrapolate whether this information is valuable in the current era of tech.
